How to Transfer to ESU

Your options are limitless when you transfer to East Stroudsburg University, one of 10 Pennsylvania state colleges in the PASSHE System. Whether you are working towards completing your degree or advancing your educational goals through ESU’s diverse majors, minors, or certificate programs, this is where your courage will find confidence.

Financial Aid is Available When You Transfer

ESU institutional scholarships range from $1,000 to full-tuition awards for fall 2025. The Office of Admissions automatically reviews candidates for merit award eligibility during the admission application process. If eligible for a merit-based scholarship, you will receive a scholarship notice following your acceptance. All merit scholarship amounts will be included in your financial aid award letter. Scholarships are provided on a funds-available basis, so apply for admission early.
