East Stroudsburg University Division of Enrollment Management

The Division of Enrollment Management is the administrative unit that oversees Undergraduate Admissions, Orientation, the Student Enrollment Center (which includes Office of Financial Aid, Records & Registration, Graduation and the Veterans Center), and Extended Studies.

For fall 2025, East Stroudsburg University’s official enrollment totaled 5,884, including 1,276 new freshmen, 348 new transfer students, and 754 graduate students.

The Student Enrollment Center (SEC) supports students and alumni by processing class registrations, grade reports, tuition and fee payments, deferments, and waivers. The SEC also manages graduation applications and degree verifications.

More than 75% of ESU students receive financial aid. The Office of Financial Aid administers over $75 million annually in grants, scholarships, university employment, and other awards.
