Please use this form when requesting university gift items from the Office of Marketing and Communications. Please note:
- The university may limit the quantity and/or frequency of gift or giveaway items issued.
- Justification is required. Gift items are not guaranteed.
- Please allow one week for processing.
- Marketing and Communications can provide a list of available items and prices for chargeback upon request.
