Transfer Visit Options

Interested in transferring to East Stroudsburg University?

We have several options to see ESU and learn more about the transfer process for Fall 2025

These options are Transfer Fast Track Friday's, Transfer Information Sessions and Tours, along with Virtual Transfer Information Sessions.

Application Deadline

• Fall 2025 Nursing Deadline: August 20

We encourage you to apply early in the semester prior to your planned ESU enrollment.

A Transfer Immediate Decision Option

To get an immediate transfer decision please follow all steps below prior to meeting with you transfer counselor.

1. Email admission@esu.edu and let us know that you would like to sign up for an immediate transfer decision appointment. A transfer counselor will reach out with an application fee waiver code, as well as to schedule an instant decision date that works for you. Prior to the instant decision, please have the follow steps completed.
2. Apply: We request that you complete an online application (for the term you plan on attending) at least 2 days prior to your scheduled visit date. Be sure to complete the entire application and use the provided application fee waiver code.
3. Required Documents: Plan to submit the following required transcripts prior to your scheduled appointment, or have copies available during your appointment.

• All college or university transcripts from all schools attended.
• Official high school transcripts.
