eTime is an electronic timesheet for student employees to record their hours worked.
Student employees at ESU are paid every two weeks.
Set up your account in eTime
When creating your password, it must be at least eight characters long and must contain the following:
- Uppercase letter(s)
- Lowercase letter(s)
- Number(s)
- Symbol(s): !@#$% etc.
Logging into eTime
- Enter your ESU username in the format:
- ESU username followed by @esu.passhe.lcl
- Example: jdoe1@esu.passhe.lcl
- Once you log in to eTime, complete the account setup for Self-Service.
- Once you have completed the Self-Service setup, you can now access the eTime tab.
- You can access your timesheet by selecting My Timesheet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Paid
If you have not completed requirements (such as Background Check) you will not have eTime access. Reach out to payroll@esu.edu to confirm what is missing, or for further assistance.
Contact the Student Payroll Specialist immediately at (570) 422-3422.
Visit the HR office to fill out direct deposit form and provide verification of new bank account (such as voided check or direct deposit letter from bank).
To prevent a failed direct deposit, inform HR office of the change as soon as possible.
Note: Handwritten documents will not be accepted.
