Deposit Funds

Important update regarding online eDollar and Dining Dollar deposits via the web portal.

Students are required to use the OneWeb portal to purchase additional Dining Dollars (by credit or debit card only).

Note for Continuing/Returning Students: you will need to use your new 8-digit student ID number to access the OneWeb portal.

The OneWeb portal is accessible via the link below on this page labeled '1Card (OneWeb)'. There are also Deposit Instructions further below on this page. Please refer to the instructions before making any deposits in the OneWeb portal.

Please note that these changes do not affect Dining Dollars that are included as part of a Meal Plan.

Your eCard has access to 2 balances that you can use on campus - eDollars and Dining Dollars. eDollars are an elective balance that you can add to your card by following any of the options below. They can be used for food purchases at the various dining locations on-campus. eDollars can also be used to make purchases at the ESU Bookstore. Additionally, eDollars do not expire at the end of the Academic Year, and will carry over until you graduate. Dining Dollars come with your meal plan, and can only be used for food purchases on-campus. Please note that Dining Dollars will rollover from the Fall to Spring Semesters, but will expire at the end of the Academic Year. Both eDollars and Dining Dollars can be added via the

OneWeb portal below.There are multiple ways for you to add eDollars to your eCard, so that you can pick the option that is most convenient for you.

Methods of Payments

• Online: Log into 1 Card (OneWeb) in order to deposit eDollars and/or Dining Dollars
• Cash (eDollars only): In person at the Campus Card Center, located on the Ground Floor of the University Center
• Check (eDollars only): Made payable to East Stroudsburg University
• Credit/Debit Card: Online-only via OneWeb
