How To Get Your eCard

Students can come to the Campus Card Center, open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., to have their picture taken for their eCard. Please bring photo ID with you to retrieve your card.

You will receive your eCard the same day.

Student eCard Pickup

Students can retrieve their eCard from the Campus Card Center, open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Campus Card Center is located on the ground floor of the University Center.

Please bring photo ID with you to retrieve your card.

For Students

Students need to bring a photo ID such as driver's license, state photo ID, or passport,

Students also need to be enrolled for classes before they can obtain their eCard.

Fees for the eCard are included in eCard fee on the student bill. All replacement cards are subject to replacement fees.

For Employees

Employees should be entered into the Human Resources database before a university identification card will be issued.

The employee should check with Human Resources to see that this step is complete.

New employees need to bring a photo ID such as a driver's license, state photo ID, or passport.

There is no fee for Employees/Faculty/Staff to receive an eCard.

Replace Your eCard

The eCard is a valuable and vital part of campus life for residents and commuters alike. In case you should lose it or misplace it, the Campus Card Center is here to help.

If you have lost or misplaced your eCard, please follow the procedures below:

  • Contact the Campus Card Center immediately so that we can deactivate your card to prevent any unauthorized use. Contact us at (570) 422-2273.
  • Alternatively, you can deactivate your card online by logging into 1Card using your student ID number and PIN (see Deposit Instructions for steps to create a PIN). Once you have logged in, click on "Account" on the top grey bar, and select "Activate/Deactivate". Click "Confirm" to deactivate your card. You can reactivate your card by following the same steps, or by visiting the Campus Card Center to have your card reactivated in person.

To replace your card, stop by the Campus Card Center anytime during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Permanent replacement cards are only available through the Campus Card Center. There is a $20 fee to replace your eCard, and you will need to bring another form of photo ID with you (Driver License, State Photo ID, Passport).

  • Temporary cards are also available from the Campus Card Center for a $20 refundable fee. The temporary card is valid for up to 2 days. The temporary card is an option in case you forget your card at home, or want to give yourself time to find your lost card. After 2 days and once the temporary card is returned to the Campus Card Center, the fee will be refunded to you if you found your original card, or the fee will be applied to replacing your card.

If you lose or misplace your card outside of business hours, temporary cards are available from the Resident Advisors at all residence halls, except for the University Ridge. These cards are issued at no charge. Temporary cards received from a Resident Advisor should be returned to a Resident Advisor upon replacement of your permanent card.

Replacement cards due to a legal name change can be issued at no cost to the student.
